The Wall O' Sound:

     The college's marching band, the 150+ member "Wall O' Sound", represents the college at various school functions to include football games, parades, pep rallies, and other service functions. Members are represented from every county in the E.C.C.C. recruiting district, and include students from almost every college major. All uniforms (except shoes), meals, and travel is paid for by the band department. Sections of the Wall O' Sound band include the horn line, drum line, color guard and Centralettes.

The Concert Band:

     The concert band meets from 3:30-5:00 Mondays and   Wednesdays during the spring semester. Members of the concert band are required to participate in fall marching band to be eligible for a spring scholarship.

The Jazz Band:

      The jazz band meets from 3:00-4:00 Tuesdays and Thursdays during the spring semester. The group presents several concerts during the semester. All members must be in concert band. Exceptions are made for non-band instruments such as guitar.

The Collegians:

      The Collegians serves as the college's touring rock and  roll band. This 20 member group includes vocalists, horns, a rhythm section and technicians. Rehearsals are Mondays from 6:30-9-:30 p.m. Extensive travel time is involved including recent trips to the Bahamas, New York City, Texas, Mexico, Universal Studios, and the Olympics. This popular group  performed on a cruise ship and The Bahamas this past May, and will perform at Disney World this summer.

The Percussion Ensemble:

     Members of the percussion ensemble are selected from the concert band and also consists of marching band members not enrolled in concert band. Rehearsals are held from 12:00-12:50 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The Pit Orchestra:

     This small group provides the music for the spring musical. Rehearsal time varies on musical selected.

E.C. Brass:

      The E.C. Brass is the college's brass quintet. Members      are pulled from the concert band, and perform for college functions during the year.
